The AIDS Action Programme was developed and is managed by the Small Projects Foundation.  It is an outreach extension of the Phelophepa Health Care Train that focuses on the action, volunteers can take, to alleviate poverty and stigma caused by HIV/AIDS in South African Rural Communities.
